Bristol 2 | Lake Garda Penthouse
A new development just steps from Lake Garda
Bristol 2 is a penthouse on Lake Garda furnished by Devincenti, set within an exclusive residential complex overlooking the water, in Lido di Lonato.
The complex consists of six apartments, three of which have been furnished by Devincenti. This project focuses on the penthouse: the space that best expresses the strength of the location, with large glass openings, natural light and a constant connection with the surrounding landscape.
Here, the interior design does not try to compete with the view, but to accompany it. Lake Garda becomes part of the home: it enters through the windows, guides the choice of colours, influences the materials and defines the rhythm of the interiors.
Lake Garda Penthouse: a home open to the landscape
The first sensation when entering this penthouse on Lake Garda is that the boundary between indoors and outdoors feels almost suspended. The large glass windows frame the lake, the trees and the mountains, turning the view into a daily presence.
For this reason, the project was developed with great balance. Light tones, deep blues, natural surfaces and American walnut flooring create a direct dialogue with the water, the light and the surrounding greenery.
In such a powerful setting, interior design on Lake Garda should not add noise, but find balance. Every piece of furniture, every material and every detail must enhance the view without interrupting it.
LAGO, glass and visual lightness
For the living area, LAGO solutions were selected for their ability to create a sense of lightness. The kitchen, the Air sofa and several iconic pieces by the brand use transparent glass supports, reducing the visual impact of the furniture.
It is a very precise design choice: allowing the gaze to move through the space and reach the lake. The wooden snack table, supported by glass, almost seems to float in front of the window, maintaining a material yet light presence.
The blue sofa echoes the tones of the water and becomes the soft centre of the living area, without closing off the space. Everything is designed to live with the view, not to compete with it.

Natural materials and colours inspired by the lake
The mood of the project was developed together with the clients and began with a clear idea: to create a home capable of communicating with the surrounding nature.
Light colours amplify the natural light, shades of blue recall Lake Garda, while the American walnut flooring introduces warmth, depth and natural character. The contrast between white, wood, glass and blue creates a contemporary environment that never feels cold.
The home remains bright, open and relaxed. There is no ostentation: only a search for balance between design, comfort and landscape.
Custom cabinetry and hidden functions
In the sleeping area, the project becomes more tailored. The wardrobes were custom-made with Caccaro to make the most of every centimetre and integrate different functions without weighing down the interiors.
Columns, storage, laundry areas and technical zones were integrated discreetly into the project, turning potential constraints into functional solutions.
This is a less visible but essential part of the work: making the home beautiful to look at, but also simple to live in. Custom design makes it possible to maintain order, lightness and continuity even in the most technical areas of the home.
LAGO icons between sleeping area and bathrooms
Some LAGO icons also appear in the sleeping area and bathrooms. The Air bed introduces a sense of suspension that is perfectly aligned with the atmosphere of the penthouse: light, essential and almost lifted in front of the landscape.
The Cellule washbasin, on the other hand, adds a softer and more distinctive touch, with organic shapes that make the bathroom feel personal without losing elegance.
They are recognisable elements, but used with balance. They never become absolute protagonists: instead, they contribute to the overall story of the home, made of light, visual lightness and a constant relationship with the lake.
A lake-view penthouse, open yet private
One of the most surprising aspects of Bristol 2 is the balance between openness and privacy. The large glass surfaces allow Lake Garda to be experienced from every angle, while the apartment still preserves a sense of intimacy and protection.
The home is bright, panoramic and deeply connected to the outdoors, yet it never loses its sense of comfort. It is a space designed to look outward, breathe in the landscape and experience every room with natural ease.
This balance is the true value of the project: a home that opens towards the lake without feeling exposed, welcomes natural light without losing warmth, and uses design to improve the way people live.
The Devincenti method behind the project
Bristol 2 clearly reflects the Devincenti method: starting from the location, listening to the clients and developing a project that is coherent with the way the home will be lived.
In this penthouse on Lake Garda, every choice comes from a precise relationship with the surrounding landscape. The furniture, LAGO pieces, natural materials, custom solutions and the colour palette work together to create an elegant, bright and deeply liveable environment.
The result is not simply a furnished home, but a living experience on the lake: a project where interiors, views, light and materials become part of the same narrative.
Bristol 2 is a penthouse on Lake Garda designed to experience the landscape with elegance, lightness and everyday comfort.
