LUMA, elegance beyond size
An apartment on Lake Garda where functionality and refinement coexist in perfect harmony.
Casa LUMA is a bespoke home project created to show that the quality of living does not depend only on square metres, but on the way each space is designed, organised and experienced.
In this project, every choice comes from a balance between functionality, proportions, materials and atmosphere. The interiors are designed to welcome everyday life naturally, enhancing light, visual continuity and the relationship between furnishings and architecture.
The project reflects the Devincenti approach: listening, technical attention and a selection of solutions capable of transforming the home into a personal, elegant and deeply liveable place.

A bespoke home project designed for better living
Casa LUMA begins with a simple question: how can each room become more functional, harmonious and coherent with the lifestyle of those who live in it?
The answer does not come from simply adding furniture, but from a complete vision of the space. Every element is selected to play a precise role: to provide storage, welcome, illuminate, define proportions and create continuity between the different areas of the home.
The result is a balanced interior, where aesthetics and practicality are not separate, but work together. A bespoke home should not only look beautiful: it should work well every day.
Materials, light and proportions at the centre of the project
In Casa LUMA, the design works carefully on proportions and on the perception of space. Materials, colours and finishes help create an orderly, bright and welcoming atmosphere.
Light becomes a design tool: it enhances surfaces, volumes and details, guiding the eye and making the interiors feel deeper and easier to read.
Every choice is designed to interact with the others. Furnishings, coverings, storage systems and technical details are not treated as isolated elements, but as parts of a coherent composition.
The Devincenti method behind the project
Every Devincenti project begins with a process of listening and analysis. Before choosing furnishings and materials, we study the space, the habits, the functional needs and the type of atmosphere the client wishes to create.
Casa LUMA interprets this method through a concrete project, where aesthetic care meets technical precision. The choice of materials, the definition of the furnishings and the coordination of the solutions become part of a single process.
The value of a bespoke home project lies precisely in its ability to transform constraints, desires and everyday needs into coherent, personal interiors designed to stand the test of time.
LUMA: a quiet balance of comfort and style
