The kitchen is the heart of every home, and this villa is no exception. Spacious and bright, it is designed to welcome guests and host large dinners with ease.
Concealed solutions make it possible to hide everything unnecessary, leaving room for visual clarity and an environment that always feels orderly and refined.
The living room, equally spacious, is designed to offer comfort and style through a clean, minimalist aesthetic. Elegant furnishings and carefully considered details make this space ideal for relaxing or entertaining guests with ease.
Casa CALO features a bespoke kitchen design project created around conviviality, light and the pleasure of living the home.
The kitchen becomes the heart of the home: a spacious, bright and functional area, designed to support everyday life as well as moments shared with friends and family.
Every choice comes from a balance between aesthetics and practicality: surfaces, storage, proportions, materials and details are carefully studied to create an elegant, orderly and truly liveable environment.

Bespoke kitchen design: the heart of the contemporary home
In Casa CALO, the kitchen is not conceived as a separate space, but as the natural centre of domestic life.
The design works on the relationship between function and atmosphere: generous worktops, well-organised storage, fluid circulation and materials selected to support everyday use.
A bespoke kitchen design must respond to the habits of those who live it: cooking, hosting, sharing, organising and moving naturally within the space.
Light, space and conviviality
Brightness is one of the central elements of the project. Light enhances the surfaces, softens the volumes and helps make the kitchen an open, welcoming and pleasant space to live in.
The proportions are carefully studied to create balance between visual presence and functionality. Every element has a precise role: to provide storage, serve, welcome and create continuity throughout the home.
The result is a spacious and convivial kitchen, perfect for hosting dinners, living everyday moments and turning each gesture into a simpler, more natural experience.
The kitchen is created through the combination of Ernestomeda solutions, a Laminam worktop and LAGO compositions, shaping a technical yet welcoming environment designed to interact with the rest of the living area.
Conviviality continues in the dining and relaxation area, where the Molteni sofa and the Riva 1920 table complete the project with balance, material presence and formal quality.
The Devincenti method behind the project
Every Devincenti project begins with a process of listening, analysis and bespoke design. Before defining furnishings and materials, we study the space, the light, the functional needs and the way the kitchen will be used every day.
Casa CALO interprets this method through a concrete project, where aesthetics, technical precision and comfort work together.
The value of bespoke kitchen design lies precisely in its ability to transform desires and habits into real solutions: beautiful to look at, simple to use and designed to last over time.
The walk-in wardrobe: a design vision
No detail has been overlooked in this project, and for many, the true dream is the walk-in wardrobe. Perfectly integrated with the bedroom, this generous Molteni wardrobe system offers all the space needed to organise clothing and accessories with ease. Every element has been designed to combine practicality and style, turning the everyday routine into a more refined experience.
Experience luxury from every angle
This home shows that luxury is not defined only by generous, well-designed spaces, but by the attention given to every detail of everyday life.
At Devincenti Multiliving, we create interiors where beauty, functionality and comfort come together to shape a complete living experience.
