Casa DISA

Apartment interior design

From the union of four apartments, a home takes shape where rural simplicity and contemporary design come together.

This project was born from the union of four small apartments, brought together to create a single home defined by a balanced mix of tradition and modernity. The entrance welcomes guests with an original staircase in  local hammered Botticino stone, preserved in its historic position, immediately recalling the essence of the past.

From the outside, the home appears as a refined hybrid between a countryside farmhouse and a traditional Lombard railing house, with red shutters and a multi-format beige floor that underline the meeting point between rural simplicity and design. The Georgian-style window frames add a touch of authenticity.

The interior design of Casa DISA created continuity, harmony and identity, starting from spaces that were originally separate.

Every choice was designed to give the home a new interpretation: more fluid, more personal and more coherent with the way it is lived.

The result is a home with a strong character, where materials, colours, furnishings and details coexist in a balanced mix, expressing personality without losing restraint.

Apartment interior design: bringing different spaces together in one home

In Casa DISA, the project begins with an important transformation: four small apartments become a single home, larger, more functional and more coherent.

This type of intervention requires an overall vision. It is not enough to simply connect the rooms: paths, proportions, functions and relationships between the different areas of the home must all be reconsidered.

Apartment interior design makes it possible to bring order to originally fragmented spaces, creating a shared language through materials, furnishings, light and design details.

A balanced mix of character, materiality and function

Casa DISA stands out for its strong and personal identity. Materials, textures, colours and furnishings interact with one another, creating a balance between energy and restraint.

Each room maintains its own personality, while contributing to the overall narrative of the home.  The project works with controlled contrasts, furnishing and material combinations solutions capable of making the house feel alive, welcoming and recognisable.

Functionality remains central: every aesthetic choice is designed to support the everyday use of the spaces, without becoming pure decoration.

The Devincenti method behind the project

Every Devincenti project begins with listening, analysis and bespoke design. Before defining furnishings and materials, we study the spaces, the needs, the habits and the type of atmosphere the client wishes to create.

In Casa DISA, this method made it possible to transform a complex situation into a harmonious project, where each room finds its own role within a single home.

The value of an apartment interior design project lies precisely in its ability to give continuity, function and identity to different spaces, transforming them into a coherent and deeply personal home.

A Welcoming and Distinctive Interior

Upon entering, however, there is an immediate change in atmosphere. The interior moves away from traditional neutral and aseptic tones, choosing instead chromatic and material solutions that envelop and warm the space. The rustic varnished oak flooring, in the Montenero finish, helps create a welcoming and lived-in environment. The open-space living area opens with elegance, dominated by a sofa  Moroso Gentry model, accompanied by a leather armchair Baxter Bergère. The kitchen The Cesar Kitchen Unit model, with its Jaipur red Fenix surfaces and Rosso Lepanto marble top, integrates harmoniously with the matt lacquered columns in anodic nickel. At the centre of the scene, the LAGO U Table with a dark Wildwood top completes the space with a touch of sophistication.

The bathroom: between elegance and functionality

The ground-floor bathroom stands out for its Blu Cielo covering by ABK, designed by Patricia Urquiola, and for the Agape vanity unit, creating a sense of elegance and continuity. Directly connected to the outdoor patio, it establishes a seamless relationship between indoors and outdoors.

A mix of styles with character

Ultimately, the project is a fascinating mix of styles that felt engaging from the very beginning. Colour has been carefully balanced: never excessive, yet never reduced to predictable tone-on-tone solutions. It is a modern home, but not an overly contemporary one, where every element interacts harmoniously with the others, creating a unique and personal environment.
